This original work by Fred Gramann explores a variety of handbell textures and techniques, building from simple to more complex patterns. Being built on a foundational bass line, an alternative title for worship might be Built on the Sure Foundation. It was composed for the Ontario Guild of English Handbell Ringers Festival in Peterborough, Ontario in May 2015.
